Warranty Coverage
ADEK Technical Sales, Inc. warrants products manufactured by ADEK to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2-years from the date of purchase. Products protected under this 2-year limited warranty include commercial PCs, industrial PCs, LCD workstations and other computer products manufactured by ADEK.
If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, ADEK will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with the same or similar product. Replacement products may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Any product on which the serial number has been defaced/modified
- Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
- Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product
- Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by ADEK
- Any damage to the product due to shipment
- Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure
- Normal wear and tear
- Products used in environments subject to extreme dust, moisture, heat, cold, and other contaminants
- Any other causes that do not relate to product defect
Limitation of Warranties
There are no warranties, expressed or implied, which extend beyond the description contained herein including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Exclusion of Damages
ADEK's liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the product. ADEK Technical Sales, Inc. shall not be liable for:
- Damage to other property caused by any defects in the product, damages based upon inconvenience, loss of use of the product, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, interference with business relationships, or other commercial loss, even if advised of their possibility of such damages
- Any other damages whether incidental, consequential or otherwise
- Any claim against the customer by any other party
ADEK Motherboards
Motherboards purchased from ADEK sold with processors, CPU fans and RAM are protected by a one-year limited warranty. Motherboards sold without processors, CPU fans and RAM are protected by a 90-day limited warranty.
Obtaining Service for ADEK Computers and Motherboards
For repair service for products manufactured by ADEK, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling ADEK Technical Sales, Inc. at 603-895-9000, or emailing a request to [email protected]. If you already have an RMA form, simply email it to [email protected] or fax it to 603-895-9001.
To obtain warranty service, you must provide the following:
- Original dated invoice provided at the time of purchase
- Your name, address and telephone number
- The serial number of the product
- A description of the problem
Take or ship the product prepaid in the original or comparable container to:

Please be sure to pack your system carefully. ADEK will not be responsible for damage received during shipping.
Be sure your RMA number is clearly indicated on the outside of the package.
ADEK will ship your repaired or replacement product prepaid as soon as possible.
Non-ADEK Manufactured Products
Products sold by ADEK, but produced by other manufacturers will be replaced by ADEK for a period of 30-days from date of purchase. These products include monitors, printers, scanners and other computer peripherals not manufactured by ADEK.
Contact ADEK for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) to return non-ADEK manufactured products that fail within the first 30-days of purchase.
IMPORTANT: Contact the product's respective manufacturer directly for warranty service beyond thirty (30) days of purchase.
