The IB-990AF PICMG 1.3 single board computer is based on the Intel Q170 chipset. The platform supports 6th and 7th Generation Intel Core i7/i5/i3 processors, in addition to DT Xeon, in the LGA1151 interface, and supports up to 32GB of dual-channel DDR4 memory (ECC compatible). Integrated Intel HD graphics provide robust display capabilities via the on-board DVI-I connector with headers for VGA and DVI-D. Edge connectors include DVI-D, USB 3.0, dual Gigabit LAN connectors, and a PS/2 keyboard and mouse connector. Four SATA III ports are available. Expansion is provided with a Mini PCIe socket on the component side. Four serial ports and a parallel port are supported.
