Which CRYSTAL Model Fits Your Application

CRYSTAL is a two-part system: pick a display module for the environment, pick a computer module for the workload — or run the display alone as an industrial monitor.

Where Rugged Panel PCs Earn Their Keep

Machine & Line HMI

Panel-mount a CV-100 display with a P1000 or P2000 module into cabinets and machine cells for SCADA, line control, and recipe management.

Outdoor & High-Glare Stations

CS-100 modules hold 1,000–1,800 cd/m², so operators can read the screen in direct sun — gates, yards, ports, and mobile equipment.

Cold Storage & Hot Process Floors

The P2000 module operates from -40°C to 70°C without a fan, covering freezer warehouses and heat-soaked production areas alike.

Rolling Stock & Transit

The P2000 carries EN 45545-2 fire/smoke compliance and MIL-STD-810H shock/vibration testing, with 9–48 VDC input for onboard power.

Why CRYSTAL Holds Up

Cincoze Convertible Display System modules

Convertible Display System (CDS)

Every CRYSTAL panel PC is two parts: a display module and a computer module that lock together through Cincoze's CDS interface. That changes the economics of a panel PC:

  • Upgrade compute without touching the panel — swap a P1000 for a P2000 when the workload grows; the display, cutout, and wiring stay put.
  • One display, two roles — run a CS-100 or CV-100 as a standalone industrial monitor today and convert it to a full panel PC later.
  • Simpler service — a failure is a module swap, not a whole-unit replacement.

Sealed, Die-Cast, Wide-Temp Construction

CRYSTAL display modules use rugged aluminum die-cast front frames with IP65 dust/waterproof front protection — up to IP66 on CV-100 models — so the operator-facing side stands up to dust, chips, and direct water jets.

  • Projected capacitive touch with wet-touch tracking keeps responding with water on the glass.
  • Backlights rated 50,000–70,000 hours for 24/7 duty.
  • Wide-temperature panels run -20°C to 70°C, down to -30°C on the CS-110H.

Rugged Panel PC Buying Questions

What does an IP65 front rating actually cover?
IP65 means the front face is dust-tight and protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction. On a CRYSTAL panel PC the rating applies to the front panel, so the unit is designed to be panel-mounted with the sealed face outward and the electronics protected inside a cabinet or enclosure. CV-100 models are available with an IP66 front rating, which adds protection against more powerful water jets.
What is the Cincoze Convertible Display System (CDS)?
CDS is the modular interface behind the CRYSTAL line. A display module (CS-100 or CV-100) and a computer module (P1000 or P2000) lock together to form a complete panel PC. The same display can also run alone as an industrial monitor, and you can upgrade the computer module later without replacing the display or changing the panel cutout.
How do I choose between the P1000 and P2000 computer modules?
The P1000 is the power-efficient option — Intel Atom, Pentium, N-series, and Core i3 processors with up to 32 GB of memory — suited to HMI, kiosk, and monitoring workloads. The P2000 steps up to Core i5 and Core Ultra processors with up to 96 GB of DDR5, runs fanless from -40°C to 70°C on 9–48 VDC input, and is MIL-STD-810H tested for shock and vibration. If the application involves heavy visualization, multiple displays, or a harsh environment, choose the P2000.
When do I need a sunlight-readable display?
Standard industrial panels like the CV-100 series run 300–700 cd/m², which reads well indoors. In direct sunlight or bright ambient light those screens wash out, so outdoor stations need 1,000 cd/m² or more — the CS-100 series offers 1,000–1,800 cd/m² panels for exactly that.
Should I pick projected capacitive or resistive touch?
Projected capacitive (PCAP) gives a flat glass front, multi-touch, and wet-touch tracking that stays accurate with water on the screen. Five-wire resistive responds to any stylus or heavy glove and is common on legacy lines. The CV-100 series offers PCAP, 5-wire resistive, or non-touch glass; the CS-100 series is PCAP.
Can ADEK configure a complete panel PC for my application?
Yes — tell us your display size, environment, and workload, and we'll configure the display module, computer module, memory, storage, OS, and expansion to match. We also support OEM and volume programs; mention quantities in your request.
