720 W Total Power Budget
The GP-3000 carries a 720 W total power budget, with 600 W of it available to GPU cards — enough for dual 250 W accelerators plus CPU, drives, and expansion modules. The GP-3100 carries the same 600 W GPU power budget on its 12th/13th/14th Gen Core platform.

Modular GPU Expansion With GEB
On the GP-3000, the GPU Expansion Box (GEB) determines the card configuration: GEB-3301 provides one PCIe x16 plus one PCIe x4 slot; GEB-3601 provides two PCIe x16 slots (x8 signal) plus PCIe x4 and x1 slots. Both accept full-length cards up to 138 × 328 × 64 mm.
Beyond graphics, Cincoze CMI, CFM, and MEC modules add GbE/10GbE LAN, PoE, serial, DIO, USB, and power ignition sensing without a chassis redesign.
Published Thermal Ratings for Every GPU Load
Cincoze publishes derated operating ranges instead of a single headline number, so you can design the enclosure around real limits:
- GP-3000, 35 W CPU, no add-in GPU: -40°C to 70°C
- GP-3000 with one 250 W GPU: -40°C to 40°C; with two 250 W GPUs: -40°C to 35°C
- GP-3100 at 65 W CPU TDP: -40°C to 60°C
Ratings assume extended-temperature peripherals and ambient airflow; the GP-3100 adds smart-fan control for GPU loads.
