Built for Defense-Adjacent Duty

Certified, Not Claimed

MIL-STD-810H appears in each featured unit's published certification list — verify it on the spec page before you buy.

9–48 VDC With Protections

Over-voltage, over-current, and reverse-power protection are standard; an optional CFM module adds 12V/24V ignition sensing.

Wide-Temp Fanless Cooling

Fanless models cool by conduction through the extruded-aluminum enclosure — -40°C to 70°C on the DI-1200-i7, -40°C to 60°C on the DX-1300 and DS-1500 with 35 W TDP CPUs.

COTS, Configured to Order

Standard commercial hardware — we configure memory, storage, OS, and expansion modules to match your requirements.

Hot-Swap Storage + RAID

Front-accessible 2.5" bays with RAID 0/1/5/10 support on the DX-1300, DS-1500, and GP-3100.

Rail and Vehicle Certs Too

EN 50121-3-2 railway EMC (per EN 50155) on all four featured models; E-Mark on the DI-1200-i7 and GP-3100.

MIL-STD-810 Shock and Vibration, on the Record

MIL-STD-810 is the U.S. Department of Defense environmental engineering standard; revisions G (2008) and H (2019) define the laboratory shock and vibration test methods applied to commercial off-the-shelf hardware.

Every system on this page lists MIL-STD-810H in its published certifications — a spec-sheet line item you can verify, not a marketing adjective. All four also carry EN 50121-3-2 railway EMC compliance (the EMC clause of EN 50155), an independent measure of resistance to electrical noise.

Fanless Cooling That Survives the Ride

Fans are the first casualty of dust, vibration, and thermal cycling. The DI-1200-i7, DX-1300, and DS-1500 cool entirely through their extruded-aluminum enclosures — no moving parts in the thermal path.

  • DI-1200-i7: -40°C to 70°C at 100% CPU load (PassMark, no throttling)
  • DX-1300 / DS-1500: -40°C to 60°C with 35 W TDP processors
  • All ratings assume extended-temperature (wide-temp) storage and memory, ambient with air flow
  • Storage temperature rated -40°C to 85°C on the DX-1300 and DS-1500

Vehicle and Field Power, Handled

All four featured systems accept 9–48 VDC wide-range DC and include over-voltage, over-current, and reverse-power protection as standard. For vehicle platforms, an optional CFM module adds 12V/24V power ignition sensing — with delay time management on the DX-1300, DS-1500, and GP-3100 — so the system powers up and shuts down with the vehicle instead of draining the battery.

A software-programmable watchdog timer with 256-level system reset is standard across all four models for unattended recovery.

Military-Grade Fanless PC FAQ

What does MIL-STD-810G or 810H certification actually mean?
MIL-STD-810 is the U.S. Department of Defense environmental engineering standard. Revision G was published in 2008 and revision H in 2019; both define laboratory test methods for stresses such as shock and vibration. The systems on this page list MIL-STD-810H in their published certifications, so compliance is a verifiable spec-sheet line item rather than a marketing description.
Are these COTS systems or custom builds?
They are commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) platforms from Cincoze. We configure each unit to your requirement — memory, storage, operating system, and expansion modules — on top of the standard certified hardware, so you get a program-specific configuration without a custom-design effort.
Can you hold a fixed configuration across a program?
Yes — we support OEM and volume programs. Specify the exact configuration you need (CPU, memory, storage, OS, and expansion modules) and mention quantities and program requirements in your request. Reference that configuration on repeat orders and we'll configure to match.
Can these run directly from vehicle or generator DC power?
Yes. All four featured models accept 9–48 VDC wide-range DC input and include over-voltage, over-current, and reverse-power protection. For vehicle installs, an optional CFM module adds 12V/24V power ignition sensing, and on the DX-1300, DS-1500, and GP-3100 it includes delay time management for controlled startup and shutdown.
Which model should I start with?
Pick by performance and expansion. The DI-1200-i7 is the compact low-power choice at 15 W with dual 2.5GbE. The DX-1300 steps up to Intel Core Ultra 200S processors — up to a 24-core Core Ultra 9 — with hot-swap RAID storage. The DS-1500 adds modular CMI/CFM I/O expansion, and the DS-1501/1502 variants add PCI/PCIe card slots. The GP-3100 carries two full-length GPUs with up to a 600 W GPU power budget at 48 VDC (500 W at 24 VDC) for vision and AI workloads. If you're between two, send both requirements in the quote form.
What operating systems are supported?
All four featured models list Windows 11, Windows 10, and Ubuntu Linux support in their specifications. Tell us your OS and imaging requirements in the quote request and we'll configure the system to match.
