Choose Your Performance Tier
Four fanless tiers, one rugged platform family — every model below runs -40°C to 70°C on 9–48 VDC.
Cincoze DA-1100-N42
Entry tier for kiosks, data gateways, and light automation where space and budget are tight.
- Intel Pentium N4200 quad-core
- -40°C to 70°C fanless
- 2× GbE, 2× COM (RS-232/422/485), 5× USB
- 9–48 VDC, 50 Grms shock resistance
MIL-STD-810G
Cincoze DI-1100-i5
Power-saving mid tier — a 15W Core i5 that holds the full wide-temp range for vehicle and trackside duty.
- Intel Core i5-8365UE, 15W TDP
- -40°C to 70°C with the 15W CPU
- 2× GbE, 2× COM, 6× USB, triple display
- EN 50155, E-Mark, MIL-STD-810G
Xeon Support
Cincoze DS-1300
Workstation tier for heavy compute — 10th Gen Xeon/Core with the deepest storage and modular expansion.
- Intel Xeon/Core (10th Gen), W480E chipset
- Up to 64 GB DDR4, RAID 0/1/5/10
- 2× 2.5″ bays + 3× mSATA + 1× M.2 NVMe

What Makes a Fanless Industrial PC Different
Conduction Cooling: No Fans, No Filters, No Intake
Every model on this page moves CPU heat into the extruded-aluminum enclosure, which acts as one large heatsink. With no intake fan there is no filter to clog and no airflow pulling dust across the electronics — and no moving parts in the cooling system to wear out.
The ratings are honest about processor power: the DA-1100-N42 and the 15W DI-1100-i5 hold -40°C to 70°C, while the DS-1300 and DX-1200 hold that range at 35W TDP and publish derated ranges for their higher-power CPU options (with an external fan kit). Wide-temp figures assume extended-temperature peripherals and ambient airflow.
Built for Shock, Vibration, and Dirty Power
The DA-1100-N42 is rated to 50 Grms shock and 5 Grms vibration; the DI-1100-i5, DS-1300, and DX-1200 carry MIL-STD-810G shock and vibration compliance for machine-mounted and mobile installs.
On the power side, all four tiers accept 9–48 VDC and include over-voltage, over-current, and reverse-power protection, so a sagging or miswired supply doesn't take the computer with it. Vehicle ignition sensing is available through an optional CFM module on the DI, DS, and DX tiers.
Mounts Where the Work Is
These are cabinet and machine computers, not desktops. The DA-1100-N42 measures just 150 × 105 × 52.3 mm and weighs 0.87 kg, mounting on DIN rail, VESA, or wall — and the DI-1100-i5 and DX-1200 offer the same mounting options at higher performance.
A software-programmable watchdog timer with 256-level system reset is standard across the lineup, so an unattended unit in a cabinet or enclosure can recover on its own.
