Where These Box PCs Get Designed In

Machine & OEM Integration

Mount inside the machine frame on a VESA plate or DIN rail, feed 9–48 VDC straight from the machine supply, and wire I/O over COM, GPIO, and LAN.

Kiosks & Self-Service

No fan means no noise and no dust path in a sealed kiosk. The DA-1000 fits behind most displays at 150 × 105 × 52.3 mm and drives two independent screens.

Industrial IoT Gateways

Bridge PLCs to the network: RS-232/422/485 serial on one side, up to 2.5GbE on the other, with on-board SIM sockets and Mini-PCIe/M.2 slots for cellular radios.

In-Vehicle & Mobile Equipment

The DE-1000 carries built-in 12V/24V ignition sensing plus EN 50155 rail certification; the E-Mark-certified DC-1200-N42 adds ignition sensing via an optional CFM module.

Built for Integration, Not Just Installation

Fanless embedded PC mounted on a DIN rail

Three Mounting Options, No Custom Brackets

Every Cincoze model on this page ships with DIN-rail, VESA, and wall mounting options, so the same unit can ride a cabinet rail, hide behind a display, or bolt to a machine frame without fabricated brackets.

The extruded-aluminum enclosure doubles as the heatsink: the chassis sheds CPU heat passively, which is what lets these systems run sealed against dust with no fan to fail. Power draw stays low — about 15 W total on the DA-1000 and 10 W on the DE-1000.

Cincoze modular CMI and CFM expansion modules

Add I/O Without Redesigning the Box

Mini-PCIe, M.2, and Cincoze CMI/CFM module slots let one chassis cover many builds: add Wi-Fi or a cellular radio (SIM sockets are on board), a third display output on the DC-1200-N42, or 12V/24V ignition sensing via a CFM module.

Need a full-size expansion card? The DE series scales up: the DE-1001 adds an optional PCI or PCIe x1 slot and the DE-1002 adds two, on the same fanless Atom platform.

Fanless Embedded PC Questions

How does a fanless embedded PC stay cool?
The extruded-aluminum enclosure works as one large heatsink: heat conducts from the processor into the chassis fins and dissipates into the surrounding air. Low-power processors keep the thermal budget small — 7 W TDP in the DA-1000, 12 W in the DA-1200-N97 — so no airflow is required. Because nothing is pulled through the case, dust stays out, and there is no fan bearing to wear out over years of 24/7 duty.
Which model is right for a new OEM design?
Start with the DA-1200-N97: it is the current-generation unit with a quad-core Intel N97, DDR5, dual 2.5GbE, -40°C to 70°C operation, and MIL-STD-810H certification. Choose the DE-1000 when the job is I/O-heavy — six COM ports, dual drive bays, and built-in ignition sensing. Choose the ARBOR SB-244 when you need Core i5-class compute in the same fanless format.
Can these run from a 24 V industrial rail or 12 V vehicle power?
Yes. The Cincoze models on this page accept 9–48 VDC input, which covers 12 V and 24 V systems without an external converter. The DA-1000, DA-1200-N97, and DC-1200-N42 also list over-current, over-voltage, and reverse-power protection. For vehicle installations, the DE-1000 has built-in 12V/24V power ignition sensing, and the DC-1200-N42 supports it with an optional CFM module.
Which operating systems are supported?
It varies by model. The DA-1200-N97 lists Windows 11, Windows 10, Ubuntu, and Linux; the DC-1200-N42 lists Windows 10 and Linux; the DE-1000 lists Windows 10, Windows 7, and Linux. Check the spec page for your model, or tell us your OS requirement in the quote form and we will match hardware to it.
Can you configure memory, storage, and the OS for my application?
Yes — tell us your requirements and we'll configure memory, storage, OS, and expansion to match your application.
Do you support OEM and volume programs?
Yes — we support OEM and volume programs; mention quantities in your request and an engineer will follow up.
