Where Designed-In Panel PCs Earn Their Keep

OEM Machinery HMI

Panel-mount the display into your machine face; dual 2.5GbE LAN and RS-232/422/485 serial talk to the PLCs, drives, and sensors behind it.

Self-Service Kiosks

The SP-151C's P-cap glass front and Full HD widescreen suit ticketing, check-in, and ordering enclosures.

Packaging & Processing Lines

IP66-sealed fronts stand up to dust and washdown splash at the line, and resistive touch keeps responding to wet or gloved hands.

Control Cabinets & Test Benches

Chassis from 60 mm deep fit cabinet doors; the convertible P1000 can also DIN-rail mount inside the cabinet itself.

Built to Be Designed In

Industrial embedded panel PCs

Shallow, Sealed, and Ready for Your Enclosure

An embedded panel PC disappears into your product: the touchscreen fronts the machine, and the computer sits behind it in space you'd rather not spend. The three ARBOR SP models here keep chassis depth between 60 mm and 68.4 mm, so they drop into shallow doors and crowded frames without reworking the enclosure.

  • Sealed at the face — IP66-rated front panels shrug off dust and washdown splash once gasketed into the cutout.
  • Wired for the machine — 2× 2.5GbE Intel I226-V LAN, RS-232/422/485 serial, and USB 3.2 Gen 2 cover PLCs, scanners, and cameras.
  • One image, many units — we configure memory, storage, and OS per project, so production units arrive ready for your software load.
Cincoze CDS convertible display system

One Platform, Many Displays: The Cincoze CDS System

The Cincoze P1000 separates the computer from the screen. Its power-efficient computing module (Intel Atom, Pentium, N-series, or Core i3, with up to 32 GB of memory) docks to a CDS display module: choose a CV-100 for 8.4″ to 24″ sizes with resistive, projected-capacitive, or no-touch glass, or a CS-100 sunlight-readable module rated up to 1,600 nits — both with IP65-rated fronts.

Because the two halves separate, you can change display size between machine variants — or service either half — while the computing platform and your software image stay the same.

Embedded Panel PC Questions

What makes a panel PC "embedded" rather than a standard industrial panel PC?
Embedded here means designed into something else — a machine face, kiosk enclosure, or cabinet door — rather than stand-mounted on the plant floor. That puts a premium on shallow chassis depth (60 mm to 68.4 mm on the ARBOR SP models shown), a sealed front that becomes part of your enclosure, and consistent configuration across a production run.
Should I choose resistive or projected-capacitive (P-cap) touch?
Resistive touch registers pressure, so it works reliably with thick gloves and styluses and ignores water sitting on the screen — a good fit for machine controls. P-cap is a glass-front technology that supports multi-touch gestures and a sharper look, which suits kiosks and modern interfaces. On this page, the SP-120R and SP-150R are resistive; the SP-151C is P-cap.
What does the IP66 front rating actually protect?
IP66 means the front face is dust-tight and withstands powerful water jets. It applies to the front of the unit once it is panel-mounted with its gasket — the rear electronics sit inside your enclosure, which provides the rest of the protection. That split is exactly how designed-in panel PCs are meant to be deployed.
How does the Cincoze P1000 convertible design work?
The P1000 is a computing module that docks to a Cincoze CDS display module instead of having a fixed screen. Pair it with a CV-100 module for 8.4-inch to 24-inch sizes in resistive, projected-capacitive, or no-touch glass, or with a CS-100 sunlight-readable module. You can change display size between product variants, or service either half, while keeping the same computing platform and software image.
Can you configure each unit to match our build?
Yes — tell us your requirements and we'll configure memory, storage, OS, and expansion to match, so production units arrive ready for your software image.
Do you support OEM and volume programs?
Yes — we support OEM and volume programs; mention quantities in your request and a US-based engineer will reply within one business day.
