Engineered for Panel Builders
Built for the Control Cabinet
Every model on this page lists DIN rail among its mounting options, so the computer clips into the same enclosure real estate as your relays and PLC — no shelf, no tray. The DA-1000 occupies a 150 × 105 mm footprint at 52.3 mm thick and 0.86 kg.
Power comes from the cabinet itself: all four models accept 9–48 VDC, so a standard 24 VDC control-power supply works as-is. The DA-1100-N42, DC-1200-N42, and MD-3000 add over-voltage, over-current, and reverse-power protection on the DC input.
Fanless Cooling Inside a Sealed Panel
Cabinets trap heat, and fans pull in the dust a sealed panel is supposed to keep out. The DA, DC, and DE units here are fanless: an extruded-aluminum enclosure conducts CPU heat to external fins — no moving parts, no filters to service.
Rated results: -40°C to 70°C on the DC-1200-N42, and -25°C to 70°C on the DA-1000 and DE-1000 (with extended-temperature or industrial-grade peripherals, ambient with air flow), plus operation at up to 95% non-condensing humidity.
Room to Grow Without Leaving the Rail
I/O lists change after commissioning. The DC-1200-N42 carries 2× CMI and 2× CFM module slots plus two Mini-PCIe sockets; the DA-1000 carries two Mini-PCIe sockets plus a CMI slot. The optional CFM module adds power ignition sensing (12V/24V selectable) for vehicle-fed or mobile panels.
The MD-3000 goes further: a PCIe x16 interface for an optional Scalable Expansion Deck (SED), dual M.2 NVMe slots with RAID, and up to 96 GB of DDR5 — desktop-class headroom in a DIN-rail form factor.
