Where the DA-1100 Fits

Kiosks & Self-Service

No fan means no noise and no filter service inside a sealed kiosk enclosure, and the 52.3 mm-tall chassis fits behind most panels.

IoT & Cellular Gateways

Dual GbE ports bridge machine and plant networks; two full-size mini-PCIe slots plus a SIM socket add Wi-Fi or cellular uplinks.

Light Automation Control

Two RS-232/422/485 ports talk to PLCs, drives, and instruments, and DIN-rail mounting drops it straight into a control cabinet.

Digital Signage & Displays

Drives up to three independent 1920 × 1080 displays from a box that mounts on the VESA points behind the screen.

DA-1100 Design Details

Cincoze DA-1100 fanless embedded computer

Sealed Fanless Cooling, Rated to 70°C

The DA-1100 moves heat by conduction: the extruded aluminum chassis is the heatsink, so there is no fan, no vent, and no filter to service. That is what supports a rated operating range of -40°C to 70°C (with extended temperature peripherals, ambient with air flow) and a calculated MTBF of 632,353 hours.

Storage temperature is rated -40°C to 85°C, and operating humidity up to 95% non-condensing.

Cincoze modular CMI and CFM expansion modules

Modular Expansion: mini-PCIe, CMI, and CFM

Two full-size mini-PCIe sockets and a SIM slot handle Wi-Fi or cellular radios and other add-on cards. Beyond those, the DA-1100 carries Cincoze's module bays:

  • CMI (Combined Multiple I/O) — one slot; on the DA-1100-N42, the optional CMI module supplies the third display output alongside the DVI-D + VGA pair on the DVI-I port.
  • CFM (Control Function Module) — one slot for Cincoze function modules.

Tell us the I/O your application needs and we'll spec the module set with you.

DIN Rail, VESA, or Wall Mount — 9–48 VDC Power

Mounting options — DIN rail, VESA, and wall — cover control cabinets, the back of a display, and machine frames, and the whole unit weighs 0.87 kg.

The 9–48 VDC input runs directly from 12 V, 24 V, or 48 V industrial supplies, with over-voltage, over-current, and reverse power protection built in. A software-programmable watchdog timer (256-level system reset) can recover a hung system unattended.

DA-1100 Questions

What is the difference between the DA-1100-N33 and DA-1100-N42?
The CPU. The N33 uses a dual-core Intel Celeron N3350 (up to 2.4 GHz, HD Graphics 500); the N42 uses a quad-core Intel Pentium N4200 (up to 2.5 GHz, HD Graphics 505). Enclosure, I/O, memory, storage, and the -40°C to 70°C rating are the same, so choose by workload.
How does the DA-1100 stay cool without a fan?
By conduction. The CPU couples to the extruded aluminum chassis, which acts as the heatsink and radiates heat through its fins. With no fan there are no moving parts, no vents to clog, and no dust filters — which is how the unit reaches its -40°C to 70°C rating (with extended temperature peripherals and ambient air flow).
Which operating systems does the DA-1100 support?
Windows 10 and Linux on both DA-1100 models. The step-up DA-1200-N97 adds Windows 11 and Ubuntu support.
How do I mount the DA-1100?
Three ways: DIN rail in a control cabinet, VESA points behind a display, or wall mount on a machine frame. The chassis is 150 × 105 × 52.3 mm and weighs 0.87 kg, so it fits where full-size industrial PCs will not.
Can the DA-1100 drive multiple displays?
Yes — up to three independent displays. The onboard DVI-I connector carries both DVI-D and VGA signals, and on the DA-1100-N42 an optional CMI module adds the third output. Onboard display resolution is rated to 1920 × 1080.
Can ADEK configure a DA-1100 for my application?
Yes — tell us your requirements and we'll configure memory, storage, OS, and expansion to match. We also support OEM and volume programs; mention quantities in your request.
