What Sets the Cincoze Platform Apart

Cincoze CDS convertible display and computer modules

CDS: One Panel PC, Two Swappable Modules

Cincoze's Convertible Display System (CDS) splits a panel PC into a display module and a computer module. The CS-100 sunlight-readable display series spans 8.4" to 24" with capacitive touch and an IP65 front, and the P1000/P2000 convertible computers dock behind it to complete the system.

  • Upgrade compute independently — replace the computer module without unmounting the display.
  • Scale performance — P2000 supports Core i3/i5 and Core Ultra 3/5/7 CPUs with up to 96 GB of memory.
  • Mount anywhere — CDS, VESA, DIN-rail, and wall mounting are built into the P-series.
Cincoze modular expansion modules

CMI, CFM & MEC: I/O That Matches the Job

Instead of one fixed I/O plate, many Cincoze systems accept plug-in expansion modules: CMI (Combined Multiple I/O) for additional LAN and display I/O, CFM (Control Function Module) for functions like power ignition sensing, and MEC (Mini-PCIe) for expansion cards.

  • DS-1400 — 4× CMI + 1× CFM slots and 3× Mini-PCIe on top of two 2.5" SATA bays and M.2 NVMe storage.
  • DI-1200-i7 — two CMI slots and a CFM slot in a 203-mm-wide chassis.
  • Ignition sensing — 12 V/24 V selectable via the optional CFM module (with delay-time management on the DS-1400), for vehicle and rolling-stock installs.

Built for the Ugly End of the Temperature Chart

Cincoze fanless designs cool through the enclosure, not a fan grille: extruded-aluminum housings conduct CPU heat straight to external fins, so fanless models on this page run from -40°C to 70°C with no airflow through the electronics.

  • Wide-range DC power — 9–48 VDC input on every featured model, with over-voltage, over-current, and reverse-power protection on the featured box PCs.
  • Shock and vibration — MIL-STD-810G/H compliance on models like the DS-1400, DI-1200-i7, and GP-3000; the MD-3000 is rated to 30 Grms shock and 3 Grms vibration.
  • Rail and vehicle certifications — EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2 on the DI-1200 and DS-1400; E-Mark on the DI-1200-i7 and GP-3000.

Cincoze Buying Questions, Answered

Which Cincoze series should I start with?
Match the series to your performance and expansion needs. DA, DC, and DE are entry-level fanless boxes (DE adds PCIe expansion), DI is mid-range and power-saving, DS, DV, and DX are high-performance families at different expansion levels, MD is a DIN-rail scalable design, GM and GP add MXM or dual full-length GPU capacity, and the P1000/P2000 CRYSTAL line covers panel PC duty. Tell us your workload, environment, and I/O list and an engineer will point you to the right family.
How do fanless Cincoze computers stay cool?
The extruded-aluminum enclosure acts as one large heatsink: heat conducts from the CPU through the chassis to external fins and dissipates passively. No fan means no moving part to fail, no dust pulled through the electronics, and silent operation. Fanless models on this page are rated for continuous operation from -40°C up to 70°C depending on model and CPU TDP.
Can ADEK configure memory, storage, and the operating system?
Yes — tell us your requirements and we'll configure memory, storage, OS, and expansion to match. The featured box PCs (DA-1200-N97, DI-1200-i7, DS-1400, and MD-3000) support Windows 11, Windows 10, Ubuntu, and other Linux distributions; the GP-3000 lists Windows 10 and Linux.
What certifications do Cincoze computers carry?
Certifications vary by model, so check the SKU you're considering. Examples from this page: the DI-1200-i7 carries EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2 railway certifications plus E-Mark and MIL-STD-810H; the DS-1400 carries EN 50155 and MIL-STD-810G; the GP-3000 adds EN 45545-2 railway fire-and-smoke compliance; the DA-1200-N97 and P2000 are MIL-STD-810H rated. All six featured models carry CE and FCC Class A.
What is the CDS Convertible Display System?
CDS splits a panel PC into two modules: a display, such as the CS-100 sunlight-readable series available from 8.4 to 24 inches, and a convertible computer, the P1000 or P2000. Docked together they form a complete panel PC, and either half can be swapped or upgraded independently — you can replace the compute module years later without touching the mounted display.
Do you support OEM and volume projects?
Yes — we support OEM and volume programs; mention quantities in your request and a US-based engineer will follow up on configuration and documentation needs.
